This one was made for Amanda's son Luke in Sept 2008, again I used the same layout as Matt's card but adapted it slightly. Supplies are : Basic Grey Cupcake papers, Papermania Brads, Cuttlebug Numbers embossing folder, Sizzix Alphabet, Cricut Shapes, Hand Stitching, Random Ribbon & wire from my stash.
